The Wessex Marine Region Boat and Shore records have been formulated from the data supplied through the Anglers Trust Specimen Fish Award Scheme and National Record Lists. Additionally, Wessex Marine Region Members are invited to submit record fish claims, by letter, to the Secretary, enclosing accurate details of the species caught, together with a photograph of the fish.

The Wessex Marine Region Awards includes those awarded during 2008, and the Junior Fish of the Month awards for 2009
